Refund Policy

Brave Warriors Boutique strives for our customers to have an enjoyable shopping experience with us and complete satisfaction with their purchases.
Items are packed with much care and diligence before they are shipped out to our customers to help ensure that items arrive in excellent condition and in the same condition as they left Brave Warriors Boutique. 

 

ALL REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS ARE HANDLED ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS.

BRAVE WARRIORS BOUTIQUE WILL OFFER A STORE CREDIT WHEN APPLICABLE BEFORE ISSUING ANY REFUNDS.

 

REFUNDS

Brave Warriors Boutique reviews each individual request for a complete refund. Due to the quantities on hand and the demand for products, we do not issue refunds based on a change of mind about making the purchase.


We do not issue refunds based on damage received to products enroute to the final destination. Weather, road conditions, post office handling, and unforeseen forces beyond our control can affect shipment of packages. All refunds are usually issued within 7 business days. Once we receive the returned item(s) (if requested by Brave Warriors Boutique) we will then give a refund (excluding the initial shipping cost of the order).


Brave Warriors Boutique will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

 

EXCHANGES

If an item purchased by a customer is found to have a manufacturer flaw or defect, we will be more than happy to replace the item for the customer with another item. If the exact same item is no longer available, we will replace the item with another item of equal value.

 

RETURNS

Depending on the value of the defective item, Brave Warriors Boutique may ask a customer to return the item to us for inspection. There may be instances when we may ask for a screen shot or photo of the item in question instead and in this case a return of the item may not be required. If a return of the item is requested by Brave Warriors Boutique, the customer may be asked to pay for the cost or a portion of the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
